Installing CUCM TSP Wave Driver
Recently i was facing some issue in Cisco Unified Attendant Console and i had to uninstall “Cisco Unified Communications Manager TSP Wave Driver” and install it again. I follow the below procedure.
To uninstall TSP Wave Driver –
- Login to your Cisco Unified Attendant Console Server via Remote Desktop
- Right Click on My Computer
- Click on Properties
- Click on Device Manager
- Expand “Sound, Video and Game Controllers”
- Right Click “Cisco Unified Communications Manager TSP Wave Driver” and Click on Unistall
- Reboot your Attendant Console Server
To install TSP Wave Driver –
- Once the Server is up after the reboot, go to Control Panel
- Click on Add Hardware
- Click on Next when “Welcome to Add Hardware Wizard” wizard is prompted
- Radio Check “Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) and click on Next
- Common Hardware Types > Select “Sound, Video and Game Controllers” and click on Next
- Click on Have a Disk
- Click on Browse
- Go to Program Files\Cisco \WaveDrivers and locate the file “oemsetup.inf” and select the file
- Click on OK when “Install from Disk” window is prompted
- Click on Next
- Click on Next when “Hardware to install” screen is prompted
- Click on Finish
- Reboot you Attendant Console Server
- Once the Server is UP, verify if the Driver has been installed successfully in Device Manager
