Cisco Unity Connection – Products not supported on current hardware
While installing Cisco Unity Connection from the Cisco Unified Communications Manager ISO like “Bootable_UCSInstall_UCOS_9.1.2.11900-12.sgn.iso” you might encounter an error “Products not supported on current hardware” or it might only allow you to install only Cisco Unified Communication Manager. You would see Cisco Unity Connection select option has grayed out.
Solution – You need to increase the RAM to 4 GB (4096 MB) and HDD to 200 GB in VMWare Workstation/ESXI and then begin the installation again. This will probably fix the issue that you have encountered.
