I have overall 12+ years of experience on voice products like Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers, Cisco WebEx Meeting Server, Cisco MediaSense, Asterisk, Session Border Controller, Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Automation. In addition to doing voice networking for a living, I very much enjoy and am very passionate about my work; I am always looking to learn something new.
