Preparing first Standard Server & Installing Administrative Tools in Lync 2013 Server

In our last article, we learned “How to Prepare Active Directory”. In this article we will learn, “How to Prepare First Standard Server & Install Administrative Tools”.

Prepare first Standard Edition Server:

In order to continue with the installation, follow the below steps:

  1. Login to Lync Server 2013.
  2. Open your Lync Server 2013 – Deployment Wizard Main Menu
  3. Click on Prepare first Standard Edition serveuccollabing.com
  4. Lync Server 2013 – Deployment Wizard – Prepare single Standard Edition Server – Click on Nextuccollabing.com
  5. Lync Server 2013 – Deployment Wizard – Prepare single Standard Edition Server -Once the commands are completed executing, click on Finishuccollabing.com

    Install Administrative Tools:

  6. Lync Server 2013 – Deployment Wizard – Click on Install Administrative Toolsuccollabing.com
  7. Lync Server 2013 – Deployment Wizard – Install Administrative Tool – Installation Progressuccollabing.com
  8. Lync Server 2013 – Deployment Wizard – Install Administrative Tool – Installation Completeduccollabing.com
